Returns & Refunds Policy

Retail Orders (Direct-to-Consumer)

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all retail sales are final. We do not accept returns on any food or beverage items, including our canned drinks and tea blends.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@drinklacha.com.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it quickly.

If approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable goods (including beverages and tea leaves)

  • Orders based on taste preference or change of mind

  • Sale items or gift cards

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Wholesale & Commercial Orders

All wholesale and commercial orders are final sale.

Due to the nature of bulk and business purchases, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
